This Policy explains what data arknova.me and the ArkNova game servers collect, why it is needed and how it is protected.

1. General
1.1. This Policy governs the processing of information you provide when using arknova.me and the ArkNova game servers.
1.2. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. What we collect
2.1. Game account identifiers: SteamID64 or an Epic Games identifier, and your in-game nickname.
2.2. Technical data: IP address, country by IP, browser and device information.
2.3. Interaction history: purchases, top-ups, deliveries, votes, and game statistics (kills, deaths, playtime).
2.4. We do not request identity documents, home addresses or other personal information beyond what is necessary.
2.5. The Administration never receives or stores card details — they are handled by the payment providers.
3. How the data is used
3.1. To run the Service: signing in, crediting balance and delivering purchases to the right game server.
3.2. For support: handling requests, disputed charges and delivery problems.
3.3. To protect the Service: detecting fraud, multi-accounting, vote manipulation and rule violations.
3.4. For statistics and improving the servers.
4. Sharing with third parties
4.1. We do not sell or share your data, except where required to fulfil obligations (payment providers, server lists when granting vote rewards), where required by law, or with your consent.
4.2. Only your in-game nickname and statistics are shown publicly on the leaderboard and top-voters board. Account identifiers are not disclosed publicly.
5. Storage and protection
5.1. Data is stored for as long as needed to run the Service and resolve possible disputes.
5.2. The Administration takes reasonable technical measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
6. Cookies
6.1. The site uses technical cookies for authentication and to remember your language. Signing in is not possible without them.
6.2. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
7. Changes
7.1. The Administration may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
7.2. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new version.
