These Terms govern the use of arknova.me and the ArkNova game servers, including the purchase of in-game goods. By making a purchase or joining a server you accept them.

1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the use of arknova.me and the ArkNova game servers (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — joining a server, signing in, topping up your balance or making a purchase — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the Service.
1.4. ArkNova is an unofficial project. It is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard, Snail Games or other rights holders of ARK: Survival Evolved and does not act on their behalf.
2. Nature of the goods
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods: in-game items, creatures, kits, privileges and in-game currency (points, PTS).
2.2. Points and in-game goods are not money, hold no value outside the ArkNova servers, and may not be exchanged for money or transferred or sold to third parties.
2.3. A product is considered delivered once it is credited to your site inventory or handed over on a game server.
2.4. The Administration may change the range, prices and availability of goods, as well as game balance.
3. Payments and refunds
3.1. Payments are processed by connected payment providers on the terms shown before payment. The Administration never receives or stores card details.
3.2. A refund may be requested through support within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment.
3.3. Refunds are issued where: payment succeeded but points were not credited; a product could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side; or a charge was taken in error or twice.
3.4. No refund is issued where the product was received and used, or where access was restricted for breaking the rules (section 5).
3.5. Each request is reviewed individually. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
3.6. You agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback raised without contacting support may result in account suspension.
4. Delivery
4.1. Purchases are delivered automatically while you are on a game server. Some products require free inventory space or suitable conditions (for example, room to spawn a creature).
4.2. If delivery fails, the item stays in your site inventory and is delivered on the next attempt.
4.3. The Administration is not liable for the loss of delivered goods caused by your own actions, other players (including raids permitted by the PvP rules) or game mechanics.
5. Rules and restriction of access
5.1. You agree to follow the server rules published in the Rules section.
5.2. For breaking the rules — cheats and third-party software, exploiting game bugs, duping, harassment, ban evasion — the Administration may restrict access to the Service, up to and including an account ban.
5.3. The Administration may delete structures, items, creatures and other progress obtained in breach of the rules or used to break them.
5.4. Bans and progress deletion for rule violations are applied without compensation and are not grounds for a refund.
5.5. The Administration may perform wipes (a full reset of server progress) as part of the season cycle, announced in advance on Discord. A wipe is not grounds for a refund.
6. No warranties
6.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the servers or the website.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for downtime caused by game updates, hosting failures, DDoS attacks or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.3. Scheduled maintenance does not count as failure to provide the service.
7. Changes
7.1. The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
